Job Title: Project Manager – Interior DesignRole Summary

The Project Manager – Interior Design will lead and manage interior fit-out and turnkey projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong execution capability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with design intent and client expectations.

Experience Required
Minimum 6+ years of experience in interior design project execution / project management
Proven experience in handling end-to-end turnkey interior projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete interior design project execution from initiation to handover
Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and execution plans
Ensure in office execution matches approved design and quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress
Resolve technical, design, and site-related issues proactively
Handle procurement coordination for materials, furniture, and finishes
Manage vendor negotiations, contractor performance, and billing certification




Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and site regulations
Provide regular progress updates and reports to management/client
Ensure smooth project handover with all documentation completed

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, and detailing
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior working drawings
Robust client-facing communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving ability and decision-making under site conditions
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools
Robust time management across multiple sites/projects

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
PMP or project management certification is an added advantage

Client satisfaction and successful project handover

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
