Recruiting and screening of Mystery Shoppers.
Training and qualification of Mystery Shoppers.
Timely scheduling and follow-up to ensure completion of fieldwork.
Skills Required:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) and Internet.
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner.
Detail oriented with robust logical abilities.
Highly Self-Motivated.
Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilities.
