We are looking for a skilled Soldering Technician / Operator with hands-on experience in PCB component soldering, component-level troubleshooting, and repair of networking and telecom equipment such as Routers, OLTs, ONTs, ONUs, Switches, and IoT devices.

Key Responsibilities
Perform SMT & THT soldering and desoldering on PCBs.
Diagnose and repair faulty PCBs and electronic components.
Identify and replace ICs, capacitors, resistors, MOSFETs, diodes, connectors, and other components.
Troubleshoot power, voltage, and short-circuit issues.
Use soldering stations, hot air rework stations, multimeters, and other testing tools.
Read basic circuit diagrams and PCB layouts.
Test repaired boards and maintain quality standards.
Follow ESD safety procedures and maintain repair records.

Required Skills
ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in PCB soldering and component-level repair.




Valuable knowledge of SMT/THT soldering and electronic components.
Hands-on experience with multimeters and soldering tools.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Candidates with hands-on experience repairing Routers, OLT, ONU, ONT, GPON/EPON equipment, Wi-Fi Routers, Switches, and IoT devices will be given preference.

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
