We are a Kozhikode-based news channel looking for a sharp, field-ready Editor cum Videographer to cover breaking news, press events, and exclusive stories. You will be our eyes on the ground — attending daily briefings at the Kozhikode Press Club, chasing exclusive visuals across the district, and turning raw footage into broadcast-ready content under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities
Attend daily press conferences and briefings at Kozhikode Press Club and collect official statements, visuals, and byte clips
Cover exclusive breaking news stories, political events, crime scenes, and public interest incidents across Kozhikode district
Edit news packages, reports, and bulletins for broadcast and digital platforms under tight deadlines
Prepare short-form clips optimized for YouTube, Facebook,



and Instagram reels

What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in news videography or broadcast media. Freashers can also apply
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Confident handling of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and external audio gear
Ability to work under breaking-news pressure and meet hard deadlines
Familiarity with Kozhikode local geography, institutions, and media landscape
Willingness to work versatile schedule, weekends, and on short notice

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
