Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for an international banking process.
Assist customers with account, card, transaction and service-related queries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Follow banking processes, compliance guidelines and data-security procedures.
Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior International Voice / International BPO experience preferred.
Candidates with Banking, Credit Card, Financial Services or Customer Service experience will be preferred.
Excellent spoken English and solid communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
