We are hiring for the role of Operation and Maintenance Engineer/Technician for one of the Solar company at their various location.

Job Description:
Conduct regular inspections and performance monitoring of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all solar equipment.
Clean solar panels to ensure maximum efficiency.
Lubricate, adjust, or replace mechanical components as needed.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in solar equipment.
Replace faulty components and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.




Work with electrical systems, including inverters and wiring, ensuring compliance with safety standard.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Prepare detailed reports on equipment
performance and maintenance work.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels.

Qualifications :

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering

Preference / Skills :

Solar Installation / Maintenance industry
