We are looking for a skilled CNC Router Designer & Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing cutting layouts, preparing CNC toolpaths, and operating a CNC router machine for PET acoustic panels with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Create CAD designs and prepare production-ready DXF files.
Generate CAM toolpaths for CNC router machining.
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines.
Perform cutting and grooving of PET acoustic panels according to production requirements.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and high-quality finished products.
Optimize nesting to minimize material wastage.
Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
