We are seeking a agile, result-oriented, and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing Electric Vehicle (EV) division. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the field, driving sales of our cutting-edge electric 2-wheelers. If you are passionate about green energy, possess excellent communication skills, and love a target-driven environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Conduct field visits, B2B meetings, and door-to-door/corporate presentations to generate leads and close sales for electric 2-wheelers.
Lead Generation: Identify new market segments, retail touchpoints, and potential corporate clients (e.g., delivery fleets, local businesses).
Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, explain the long-term cost benefits of EVs, and handle product demonstrations/test rides.
Dealership Support: Coordinate with local dealerships and experience centers to ensure smooth delivery and customer onboarding.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:



1–3 years of experience in field sales (Experience in Automobile, Two-Wheeler, EV, or FMCG sales is highly preferred).
Education: High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Must be self-driven and comfortable working on the field.
Mandatory: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and your own two-wheeler for daily travel.
Language: Fluency in the local language is a must; basic knowledge of English is an added advantage.
