Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to drive current business, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and present relevant products/services.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up consistently and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after closing.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or service-based sales.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, IT, or agency sales will be an advantage.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
