Qualifications and Experience
Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role in the financial services industry will be an added advantage ( Two wheeler loan )
Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and industry regulations.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Achievement of sales targets.
Lead conversion rate.
Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
Accuracy in documentation and compliance adherence.
Contribution to revenue growth.
Compensation:
