Job Responsibilities:
Conduct cardiac rehabilitation sessions for patients.
Monitor patients during exercise and rehabilitation programs.
Assist in developing individualized rehabilitation plans.
Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team.
Maintain patient records and progress reports.
