Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Follow up with old leads and potential clients.
Convert consultation inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Explain clinic treatments, packages, and ongoing offers.
Maintain lead records and track daily conversions.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient management.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Clinic Coordination.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling.
Ability to achieve appointment booking and conversion targets.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Previous experience in a skin clinic, cosmetic clinic, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Salary: Best in Industry + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
