Position: CDP / Sous Chef Prepare and execute food as per menu and quality standards. Supervise kitchen operations and junior chefs. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Manage mise en place, inventory, and wastage control. Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. Train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen staff. * Follow all food safety and kitchen SOPs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
