Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and business development for industrial pump products across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing key customer relationships, expanding dealer/distributor networks, and identifying new market opportunities. Pump-industry experience and solid technical knowledge of fluid-handling applications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
Identify new customers, markets, projects, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, contractors, dealers, distributors, and end customers.
Manage and expand the dealer/distributor/channel partner network.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order closure, and execution.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable pump solutions.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, customer meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
Coordinate with engineering, production,



service, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Follow up on collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Support after-sales service and resolve customer issues in coordination with the technical/service team.
Travel extensively within the assigned region to develop business and manage key accounts.

Preferred Qualification
BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

8–15 years of experience in industrial equipment, pumps, fluid-handling equipment, rotating equipment, or related engineering products.

Pay: ₹16,020.85 - ₹58,311.41 per month
