Web Wisez is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, follow up with leads, and assist prospective students with course information and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective students.
Follow up with leads and explain course details clearly.
Schedule counselling/demo sessions and maintain regular follow-ups.
Update lead status and remarks in the CRM.
Assist students throughout the admission process.
Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confident and qualified telephone handling.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Previous telecalling, counselling, or sales experience is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
