Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization: Develop cutting-edge design concepts and material palettes that align with client briefs.
Technical Drafting: Produce comprehensive AutoCAD drawing sets.
3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and renders to communicate design intent effectively.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing vendors, contractors, and site visits to ensure the design is executed accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years of skilled experience in residential or commercial interior design.
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD: Expert level (must be able to produce construction-ready sets).
3D Modeling: High proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino.
Design Sensibility: A robust portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for color, scale, and spatial flow.
Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly to both the internal team and clients.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
