Register patients and maintain accurate personal and medical information.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
Manage patient records, reports, and other necessary documents.
Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic queries.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, and administrative teams.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow healthcare privacy policies.
Ensure a clean, organized reception area and provide excellent patient service.
