Job Overview

Grandeur Net is looking for a motivated and target-oriented IndiaMART Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting face-to-face meetings, promoting IndiaMART services, and converting prospects into paid customers.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing business clients on a regular basis.
Generate leads and identify potential business owners and decision-makers.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain IndiaMART services and benefits.
Present and demonstrate IndiaMART paid services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads systematically and close sales within the given timeline.
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Maintain proper records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.
Explore new market opportunities and generate business through field visits.

Candidate Requirements




Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.
Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, or client acquisition will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and comfortable with face-to-face client meetings.
Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and CRM applications.
