Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital inquiries.
Identify and develop key accounts across manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, packaging, food processing, and industrial sectors.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, sales reports, and CRM systems.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
Support team members during customer meetings and negotiations.

Customer Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and market intelligence reports.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure timely updates of customer interactions.
Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and business prospects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.

Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
Experience in Industrial Machinery, Packaging Machinery, Automation, Printing, Coding & Marking, or Manufacturing Industry preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
