We are looking for a MR Projects responsible for overseeing project execution through site audits, early risk identification, and proactive corrective actions. Acts as a bridge between management and project teams, ensures quality, minimizes errors, controls expenses, and guides team leads for efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to company standards, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
Monitor project engineers’ performance, identify potential errors in advance, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Act as a bridge between management and project teams, facilitating explicit communication and alignment of goals.
Identify risks proactively and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid project delays or issues.
Ensure effective expense control and monitor project budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to Project Team Leads for smooth and effective project execution.
Review project progress, highlight deviations, and recommend improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Prepare and present audit reports, performance reviews, and improvement plans to management.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within project teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
