Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused International Education Consultant to guide students through the process of selecting international universities, courses, and destinations. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with knowledge of the overseas education process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study-abroad programs, universities, courses, and destinations.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and financial preferences to recommend suitable options.
Provide accurate information about admission requirements, eligibility, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
Assist students with the complete application and admission process.
Coordinate with universities and internal processing teams for applications and offer letters.




Guide students on documentation and visa requirements.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the counselling journey.
Achieve individual and team counselling/admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status.
Stay updated on university requirements, international education trends, and visa regulations.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of international education destinations such as UK, Ireland, Australia, Europe, Recent Zealand, USA, or Canada.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Good computer and CRM skills.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in study-abroad counselling, international education, admissions, or visa counselling is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
