Job Description – Sales Head (Premium Marble,Tile & SanitaryWare Showroom)

Position: Sales Head
Location: Malappuram / Calicut, Kerala

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Head to lead sales operations in our premium imported marble and granite showroom. The ideal candidate will have solid industry knowledge and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and high-value clients
Provide expert guidance to customers on marble, granite, tiles, and related products
Manage walk-in clients and convert leads into successful sales
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and client engagement activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences




Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support

Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in marble, granite, tiles, building materials, or sanitaryware industry
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Valuable network with industry professionals (architects/builders preferred)
Leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
