Handle customer enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website.
Explain products, pricing, offers, and customization options.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Update customer details and order status in the CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the design and production team for smooth order processing.
Provide excellent customer support before and after the sale.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Tamil. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries.
Sales or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹12,500.42 - ₹36,500.00 per month
