About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support daily attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and employee-related data.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
Coordinate with employees and departments regarding HR-related queries.
Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, and other documentation.
Support payroll-related activities such as attendance and leave data verification.
Maintain proper confidentiality of employee and company information.
Assist the HR team in implementing company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately.
Willingness to learn HR operations and recruitment.
Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work in a team.
