Job Summary
We are seeking a Merchandiser to coordinate garment orders from costing and sampling through production follow-up and shipment. The role involves coordinating with buyers and internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers on order specifications, samples and approvals.
Prepare costing sheets and follow up on order confirmations.
Track order status from sampling through production to shipment.
Liaise with production, quality and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
Follow up on fabric and trim sourcing for approved orders.
Maintain order files, buyer communication records and shipment documents.
Address buyer queries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion or Apparel Merchandising.
2–6 years of experience in garment/textile merchandising or export order coordination.
Valuable understanding of fabrics, trims and garment construction.
Robust follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Positive spoken and written English.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
