Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern who is interested in learning and working on real-world e-commerce operations. The intern will assist the team with website, product listings, online platforms, customer enquiries, and day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Add and update product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other details.
Assist with website and online store management.
Monitor product listings and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Handle and maintain records of online enquiries and leads.
Assist with order, inventory, and product data management.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Assist in preparing e-commerce reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for online requirements.
Support basic product content and catalogue optimisation.
Perform regular checks of online listings and report any issues.




Assist with other e-commerce-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online platforms.
Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday (Half Day)

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
