Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, including Business Development Executives, Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Inside Sales.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri.com, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary offers and support the offer rollout and joining process.
Follow up with candidates to ensure high offer acceptance and joining ratios.




Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Build robust relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
Experience hiring for sales roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in sales hiring or volume hiring is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,104.92 - ₹20,436.91 per month
