We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team and manage interior project sites along with related office coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other workers
Read and understand interior drawings and layouts
Check site measurements, workmanship and quality
Coordinate material requirements and deliveries
Monitor project progress and timelines
Coordinate with clients, vendors and the office team
Prepare daily site updates and progress reports
Maintain proper site records and documentation
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and schedule
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of experience in interior/site supervision preferred
Knowledge of interior execution and construction materials
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities
Willingness to travel to project sites in Nagpur
