Must-Have Requirements
14+ years of overall IT experience.
Current designation must be Technical Architect / Java Architect.
3+ years of recent architecture experience.
Strong hands-on experience in:
Java 8+
Spring Boot
Microservices
Cloud – AWS / Azure / GCP
Banking domain experience is mandatory.
Candidate must be currently coding while also handling architecture/design responsibilities.
Solid experience in HLD & LLD.
Experience designing cloud-native, scalable, resilient and high-performance applications.
Experience with containerized, microservices and event-driven architectures.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, orchestration, APIs and security patterns.
Experience with at least one SQL database,



plus knowledge of NoSQL and in-memory databases.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and ability to conduct POCs.
Valuable understanding of Splunk/ELK, monitoring and telemetry.
Solid understanding of cloud/on-prem network, storage and compute infrastructure.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Architecture Responsibilities
Define application architecture and technical roadmaps.
Create HLD/LLD and architecture/design artifacts.
Present designs to Design Authority and manage governance approvals.
Review and challenge application designs, requirements and NFRs.
Evaluate technologies and recommend appropriate technology stacks.
Design highly available, scalable and optimized distributed platforms.
Lead architecture initiatives for complex applications/projects.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
