The Mobiliser is responsible for creating awareness about the organization's training programs, counseling prospective candidates, organizing mobilization activities, and ensuring admissions/enrollments meet assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to villages, schools, colleges, communities, and local organizations.
Promote skill development programs, vocational training, and placement prospects.
Counsel students and parents about available courses and career prospects.
Organize awareness camps, seminars, and mobilization drives.
Generate leads through community outreach and referrals.
Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, schools, and community leaders.
Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and admission formalities.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Achieve monthly mobilization and admission targets.
Support training and placement teams in candidate onboarding.

Required Skills




Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Convincing and counseling ability.
Field marketing and community outreach experience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to travel extensively.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English and the local language is an advantage.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
0–3 years of experience in mobilization, admissions, sales, field marketing, or community engagement.
Experience in Skill Development (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSDC, PM Vishwakarma, etc.) is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
