An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing a company’s online sales operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites.
Roles & Responsibilities
Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
Update product details, prices, descriptions, and images
Monitor inventory and stock levels
Process and track customer orders
Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
Manage marketplace seller accounts
Create and manage promotional offers and discounts
Prepare sales and performance reports
Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Skills Required
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
Basic MS Excel and computer skills
Positive communication skills
Attention to detail
Time management and coordination skills
Basic understanding of online customer handling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
