Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers at all times.
Educational Qualification
Any graduate or diploma holder.
Higher Secondary (12th pass)
candidates with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.
