Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Research & Development (Rural Development) Executive to identify recent opportunities, develop growth strategies, and support the implementation of rural development initiatives. The role involves both fieldwork and office-based planning, requiring regular interaction with rural communities, stakeholders, and local partners to understand challenges, gather insights, and execute impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to villages and rural areas to assess needs, opportunities, and challenges.
Research and identify creative ideas, schemes, and development models that can benefit rural communities.
Collect and analyze field data to support project planning and decision-making.
Develop and execute rural development strategies and initiatives.
Coordinate with community leaders, local authorities, NGOs, and stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, surveys, presentations, and documentation.




Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and recommend improvements.
Support awareness campaigns, training programs, and community engagement activities.
Identify opportunities for livelihood generation, skill development, and community empowerment.
Assist management in planning and implementing sustainable rural growth projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, Management, or any related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in rural development, field operations, social projects, community engagement, or research activities.
Knowledge of government schemes and rural development programs will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
