Job Summary
Handling design process from conception through to final styling
Conducting market research to identify recent trends, fabrics and techniques and seeking design inspiration.
Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
Selecting and sourcing fabrics and trims.
Creating production sketches for development packages
Collaborating with production team to ensure development packages are accurate.
Reviewing product for style, comfort and fit during presentation
Daily coordination and correspondence with the supplier & buyer
Assuring timely delivery of shipment
Assuring quality as per the requirement
Product Development samples as per buyer's requirement.
Should have good knowledge about testing parameter
Good Communication/ computer Skills and Pleasing Personality.




Should have valuable knowledge of MS office
Should be ready to travel as on when required in PAN India or Abroad

Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 2 year of Experience in Merchandising and Fashion Designing
A fashion graduate from reputed university of India or Abroad
Fluent in English and Hindi
Effective communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Confident and smart in presentations

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
