Job Summary

Saraswathy Pooja World is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Pollachi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or pooja products is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store sales.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Ensure product availability and coordinate with the store team.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints politely.
Maintain accurate billing, stock movement, and daily sales records.
Promote new arrivals,



festive collections, and special offers.
Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized showroom.

Requirements
12th Pass / Any Degree.
0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil (Malayalam is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work during weekends and festival seasons.
