· Reviewing Inquiries, complaints and other relevant data / content.

· Technical as well as commercial offer review.

· Offer sending to the customers.

· Coordination must be done with the customers till inquiry conversion into order.

· Email review and proper response must be complied against relevant email (Complaints, Negotiation, Techno-commercial amendments, Product delivery information ETC.

· Resolving the technical queries and commercial queries of customers promptly.

· Listing all the open and closed enquiries to enhanced the target.

· Checking and monitoring all the internal departmental work and procedure to productive the sales.

· Arranging and planning the sales – supply target.

· Meetings with the production, QC & Design team while required.





· Reviewing all the documents related to QC, Design, Work Order Etc.

· Assisting to the Departmental head for the production planning documentation prioritized and aligning the pending orders in proper manner.

· Updating to the Customers order status via – calls & emails.

· Responsibly responding to the customers every query against received calls and email (specific email id’s)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
