Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing promotional activities, coordinating campaigns, managing marketing materials, conducting market research, and maintaining customer and marketing records.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external agencies for marketing requirements.
Conduct market research and collect information on competitors, customers, and industry trends.
Assist in preparing marketing presentations, brochures, proposals, reports, and promotional materials.
Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
Maintain and update customer, lead, and marketing databases.
Follow up with prospective customers and assist the sales team with lead generation.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate promotional events, meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.




Assist in maintaining the company's brand image and marketing communication.
Manage marketing documents, records, and expenditure details.
Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities, if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
