Core Responsibilities:
Maintain machine history and monitor performance.
Supervise job card management and execution.
Plan and allocate manpower based on daily job requirements.
Develop effective process planning for various machining operations.
Ensure timely availability of materials for scheduled jobs.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments for seamless operations.
Review and support CNC programming for machines such as VTL, HBM, CNC Lathe, and VTL CNC.
Interpret engineering drawings accurately and guide machinists accordingly.
Utilize CAD software for basic modifications and job setup understanding.
