Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, or assigned departments.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical observations.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and post-care instructions.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of nursing equipment.
Eligibility
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
Valid Gujarat Nursing Council Registration
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
