What You'll Do:
Drive regional sales growth for spectacle lenses. Build relationships with optical retailers, distributors, and institutional clients. Manage distribution channels, track performance, and meet monthly targets. Gather market intelligence and conduct product training for teams and customers.
What We Need:
Graduate, 3–5 years in field sales (optical/healthcare/FMCG), solid communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, Hindi & English fluency.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
