Innovative Ideaz Global Private Limited is hiring for the role of Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Generate business through existing contacts and new leads.
Identify and approach key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Develop corporate, institutional and channel sales.
Build relationships with facility managers, security heads, RWA committees, builders and other decision-makers.
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Develop new sectors, territories and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular market feedback and help strengthen the SAFE ESCAPE brand.

Requirements:
2–5+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
Robust B2B/institutional sales background.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Solid existing qualified network and contacts.




Confident and comfortable with field sales.
Highly motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Experience selling fire safety equipment, security systems, industrial products, facility management solutions or building-related products will be an advantage.
Candidates with established contacts and experience in sectors such as:
