We are looking for a proactive and smart Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on ONLINE enquiries and convert them into sales
Attend walk-in customers and explain products/services effectively
Coordinate with existing customers for repeat sales and order processing
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
Robust convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
