Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in a Hotel or Hospitality background. Candidates currently working at Senior Executive / Sr. Purchase level will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for the Casino.
Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and quotations.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure timely procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel requirements.
Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and rate comparisons.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Stores and respective departments.
Ensure purchases are made at competitive prices while maintaining required quality standards.
Develop and maintain good relationships with approved suppliers.
Verify invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and purchase documents.
Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Kitchen, F&B;, and other departments.




Ensure procurement follows company policies, budgets, and approval procedures.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Hotel/Hospitality background preferred.
Candidates with experience at Senior Purchase Executive / Senior-level positions will be preferred.
Good knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and inventory requirements.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/inventory software.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Robust commercial awareness and attention to detail.
