Key Skills:
Understanding of Material Science, Machine Design, and Strength of Materials.
Understanding of engineering calculations related to stress, pressure, load, and torque.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering materials.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;).
Knowledge of applicable engineering standards such as ASME, API, and ISO is preferable.
Valuable analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn product design and engineering practices in a manufacturing workplace.
Basic understanding of pressure-containing components, valves, actuators, or Oil & Gas equipment will be an added advantage.
