Position Overview
We are looking for freshers to join our retail team at a snacks shop in Malad West, Mumbai.
This is a suitable prospect for candidates who are looking to start their career in retail, sales, and customer service. No prior work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and assist them with their purchases.
Explain available snacks and products to customers.
Handle billing and cash/UPI payments as required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products.
Refill and display products on shelves and counters.
Check product availability and inform the supervisor about low stock.
Pack customer orders properly.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers.
Follow shop rules, hygiene standards, and daily operating procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of Hindi; knowledge of English/Marathi will be an advantage.
Polite, hardworking, and responsible attitude.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
