Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related data.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and company policies.
Assist in payroll processing and provide required attendance/input data.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS.
Assist with statutory compliance and other HR-related documentation.
Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.
Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
Freshers with solid HR knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
