Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage complete commercial interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Manage site execution for civil, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, glass, HVAC, and other interior works.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
Coordinate with the estimation and procurement teams for material requirements and timely procurement.
Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.
Identify project risks, delays, and resource requirements and take corrective action.




Monitor project costs, variations, additional works, and client approvals.
Ensure proper quality control and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with site safety and EHS requirements.
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and clients.
Manage snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
Maintain proper project documentation, approvals, measurements, and completion records.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
