Property Manager – Job DescriptionPosition: Property Manager

Location: powai, Mumbai
Qualification: BE / B.E. (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or relevant engineering discipline)
Experience: 5 years in Property / Facility Management

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
Handle vendor management, vendor coordination, quotations, AMC renewals and service quality.
Manage customer/resident relationships, complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Coordinate and monitor AMC contracts for critical equipment and services.
Manage and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) operations.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire & safety and other building systems.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians and internal teams.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, AMC documents and operational MIS.




Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities and adherence to budgets.
Handle emergencies, breakdowns and operational issues effectively.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of MEP and building maintenance.
Good understanding of AMC management and preventive maintenance.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer/resident relationship management.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors, technicians and site activities.
Strong knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintenance reporting.

Preferred Profile

BE/B.Tech qualified candidates with hands-on experience in property management, facility management, building maintenance and MEP operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
