Job Responsibilities
Equipment Installation: Set up and configure RF equipment at customer residential and commercial premises.
Service & Maintenance: Respond to service calls, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve technical faults on-site.
Site Surveys: Assist in alignment and signal testing to ensure optimal bandwidth delivery.
Customer Interaction: Guide customers on basic equipment handling and provide skilled service.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Higher Secondary / Plus Two (+2) completed, OR
Diploma (ECE, EEE, CS, or IT preferred), OR
Any Graduation / Degree.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of networking or hardware is a plus.
Must be comfortable with outdoor field work and climbing heights for antenna installation.
A valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone are mandatory.
