Overcoming engineering challenges
Be the go-to person on engineering matters and develop your strengths
Uphold excellence and high standards in preventive maintenance programmes and conservation practices
Monitor ME projects with the Engineering Manager to ensure quality and timely delivery
Deliver complete and accurate facility management reports consistently
Provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services
Contribute to hitting financial Opex and capex targets and other goals set by the senior facilities manager
Achieve key performance indicators and meet service level agreements
Meet statutory and sustainability targets

To apply you need to have:
Mastery in the field
A diploma or degree in engineering, ideally electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Three to seven years of experience in facilities management
We will also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise, initiate energy management programme for reducing the cost on utilities
Location: In office Bengaluru, KA
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
